Middle-of-the-night boiler rescue

January, freezing cold, 2am and the boiler just dies. I rang expecting an answering machine. Instead, a real person picked up and an engineer was at my door within the hour. He worked out what was wrong straight away, swapped a part he already had in the van, and the heating was back before sunrise. Cannot ask for more than that.

The plumber I had given up looking for

I genuinely thought finding a reliable plumber was impossible. Then a pipe burst at midnight and I tried these guys as a last resort. An engineer knocked on my door within 40 minutes. He was calm, thorough, cleaned up after himself and talked me through the whole repair. Five stars does not do them justice. Keeping this number forever.

Sunday night flooding sorted in no time

Kitchen was ankle deep in water at 10pm on a Sunday evening. The first company I rang told me to wait until Monday. These lot came out within the hour, no questions asked. Polite, professional and the bill was far lower than I feared. Genuinely brilliant people to deal with in a crisis.

Our go-to for every property

We look after several rental properties across Doncaster and these are the only people we call now. Day or night, they always turn up, always fix the problem first time, and always leave the place tidy. Every tenant we have recommended them to has said the same thing. Reliable as clockwork.

Tom knew exactly what was wrong

Our central heating had been playing up for weeks. Tom walked in, listened to the system for about a minute and told us it was the pump. He had a new one fitted within the hour, went through every radiator in the house checking flow, and left us with a perfectly warm home. The man clearly knows his trade inside out.

Consistently outstanding work

We have used them for everything from annual boiler checks to emergency repairs at unsociable hours. Every single time the standard has been the same - quick, knowledgeable and totally dependable. There is nobody else I would trust with our home systems.

Drain fixed well, timing was off

The engineer who arrived was polite and capable. Cleared the blocked drain without any fuss and left everything spotless. Only gripe is he turned up about 40 minutes past the time I was given. The work itself was top quality though, and I would call them again - just wish the scheduling was a bit tighter.

Same-day drain clearance

Rang in the morning and they had someone at my house by lunchtime. Drain was cleared in about 45 minutes, the engineer was chatty and helpful, and he left everything cleaner than he found it. No complaints at all.

James blasted the blockage out

Phoned first thing and James was round by early afternoon with his jetting equipment. The main drain was completely clogged but he had it flowing again in no time. Charged exactly what he quoted on the phone. Straightforward bloke, good honest work.

The only ones who answered the phone

I tried four emergency plumbers before these guys. Every other number either rang out or was switched off. These lot picked up immediately, calmed me down, kept me updated on arrival time, and had someone with me within the hour. They even suggested ways I could prevent the same issue happening again. That is proper customer care.
